I will sum up the Nov 3rd Election in 3 words,  Hate and Corruption.   
You have people that did not vote for Trump because they hate him, don't like him, don't like his personality, don't like that he is not presidential.   They put their hate for Trump ABOVE their Country.  They are against anything that Trump does.  Yet when camera crews went out and talked to people about different things that Trump did, but told them that Obama had done them.   They were overjoyed.  What a great President he was.!  
 
 When I would talk to liberals about Trump's accomplishments and ask them which should be undone, they would never answer.  It was never about issues; it was all about getting rid of Trump.  
 
 President Trump has been called many names these last 4 years, probably racist the most.  When did he becoming a racist?  He wasn't called a racist before he ran for president.  So, it must be while he's President.  But that doesn't check out either.  You all know President Trump has done more for the minority community in 4 years then Obama and Biden did in 8.  Folks it was never about racism or any of the other ism’s.   It's because he was an outsider.  He didn’t owe anybody anything.  They could not control him so they had to try to destroy him and discredit him with the people. 
 
 Remember Trump did not need the job, did not need the money, did not need the power, did not need to have his family put through hell even his young son.   He saw what was happening to our Country and could not stand by and do nothing.  
So, he put a great life aside and joined the fight and fight he did.  He put our Country FIRST.  He put We The People FIRST.   He didn't care whose toes he stepped on.   He had to fight the Democrat party,  he had to fight the GOP  Rino’s  he had to fight the Deep State,  he had to fight the New World Order,  he had to fight the Democrat made up Russian hoax for 3 years and he had to fight the Media that was  92% against him and brainwashed many.
 
 By the way, the media failed the American people. They are supposed to report the facts not create false hoods; they are supposed to be neutral.  They are more like Pravda in Russia where they support the Russian Communist party line, in this case the Democrat party line.
 
 If we lose President Trump, it will be a great loss, but folks we may have lost something even greater, the Confidence and Integrity of our Election System. 
 
There are many claims of irregularities, fraud, procedures not followed, pole watchers denied access to pre voting and vote counting, questionable voting system and malfunctions, corrupt voter rolls, people using multiple aliases, people not eligible voting, the list goes on and on.   Are these valid claims?  The legal voters need to know.    At the very least there must be an Independent Forensic Audit of the Election.    Followed by a thought investigation.   The Pennsylvania election should not be certified until this is completed.   Without this we will not know if we had a Fair and Honest election.
 
Let me give you an example to think about.   In Pennsylvania there were 4 positions that you could vote for state wide.  President, Attorney General, Auditor General and State Treasurer.  Since they are all statewide their totals should be close to the same.  They're not. The Presidency totals are 100,000 more than each of the other 3.  For this to be accurate would mean 100,000 people did not vote for any of those 3.   Folks there’s 3 separate voting screens 100,000 people would've had to pass by. Also same with Mail in Ballots.  This is highly unlikely.  So, who got those 100,000 votes?  
 
 The Democrat party that says they want transparency but gave the American people exactly the opposite this Election.    A person from each party is allowed to watch while the votes are being counted.   In some places they would not allow Republicans to watch.   In some they were placed so far away they could not see. including Berks County.  The Democrats even covered up windows.
 
 In Philadelphia the GOP had to go to a judge to get a court order. When they presented the court order to the election official, it was denied and went to a ‘friendly” judge to prevent the GOP from observing.  How corrupt can Phily get? 
 
 So, you have Democrats counting the ballots or whatever they may be doing with no one watching.    Ask yourself why would they not want people to see what they were doing?    It certainly makes you think they may be doing something other than counting LEGAL votes. 
 
Folks I do not want all votes counted.  I only want legal votes counted.
The Integrity of our Election Process is at stake.   We need to make sure that our elections are Fair and Guarantee that every Legal Vote is counted so all citizens can have faith in the results.
I cannot say that only Legal Votes were counted.    I also cannot say this was a Fair and Honest Election.  
 
 Some say hey we should all come together for the sake of our Country.   For the sake of our Country we should investigate all these claims of fraud, misconduct and improper procedures. For the sake of our Country we should make changes so that these cannot happen again. For the sake of our Country, we the people must hold those responsible accountable. 
 
Some may say let's be fair.  Let’s be fair.  By who’s standards.?  Maybe we should be fair and treat Biden like the Democrats and the media treated Trump these last 4 years.  They did not and still do not recognize Trump as President.   
 
Biden is calling for National Unity.   Democrats DIDN”T care about bringing our Country together these past 4 years.   They did everything they could to pit one group against another.   Also remember, dozens of Democrats boycotted Trump's 2016 Inauguration!
 
Let me tell you more about Bidens Democrats National Unity.   Do you know a project already exists called the Trump Accountability Project?   The Democrats plan to Black List and Target people who work with Trump.   They plan to Black List the president's rank and file supporters.   That could be you and me.    Also, some are calling for the GOP to be broken, burned down and rebuilt.    Do these sound like National Unity and bringing people together?
 
Ok where do we go from here?   What do we do?   1st let me tell you what we are not going to do.  We not going to have a hissy fit,  we are not going to turn into snowflakes,  we are not going to need mental therapy and we certainly are not going to move to Canada.
 
 There are 2 phases.  The 1st is now.  That is make your phone calls and emails to the legislators to do a Forensic AUDIT  of the election followed by investigations  and continue this until it's resolved.  Also we NOW  want you to contact the Republican leadership to call a Special Public Hearing NOW for All to present any and all election problems they are aware of, including the Trump team. 
 In the meantime, enjoy your Thanksgiving next week, give praise to God for the wonderful Country, we live in.    Come here next month Dec 10th and Honor our Veterans and Christmas party.   Enjoy your Christmas and New Year's.  And then come back here in January, we will then enter our 2nd phase.   Come here ready to fight.   Our Country is worth fighting for, Pennsylvania is worth fighting for and Berks County is worth fighting for.  We will explain all in January.
 
Let me conclude by telling you about something that happened last Sunday.  We went to  a Trump Road Rally last Sunday at 11 o'clock.  We were not sure who put this together.  When I got there, I found out it was a young woman in her twenties.  I ask her who she was, she said I am a "nobody".  A nobody that said she wanted to show her support for President Trump and put it on her Facebook page.  To her amazement about 200 people showed up!  We went through mostly Western Berks County for about an hour 45 minutes.   A great feeling.   
It’s the "nobodies" that are willing to stand up and be counted that will make our Country a better place for all.  She’s a nobody, we all are nobodies.  We all can make a difference and collectively we can make an even GREATER difference. 
 
 Come January ready to fight. We are going to fight for our future and we cannot do it without you

I don’t know if you’ve noticed, but we’re in the middle of a pandemic!

And this one has two legs. One being the safety of the people with medical decisions to get us through it. The other leg is political whereby elected officials decisions can be, and often are, skewed to reflect the interest of the party that yields the hammer. That leg is one that we Patriots need to play a part.  

As it’s been often said, elections have consequences. Nothing could be more vivid than the turmoil that both the state and country are in today. The initial quarantine invoked from the federal government and halting travel from China were appropriate measures, buying time until we get the facts regarding the Wuhan virus. Subsequent to that national directive governors have been given the responsibility to decide the appropriate measures regarding both the health and economic consequences for their state. On its face it would make sense that local decisions could best be made by the local governments, but it wasn’t long before medical concerns became secondary to political priorities. 

Our governor’s Stay-at-Home directive is being challenged, perhaps he may even be impeached. While his directives not only have political considerations, but are they constitutional? Are they legal or ethical? A most egregious political example would be allowing abortion clinics, a priority of the political left, to remain open and funded while other medical procedures, beyond emergencies, were put on hold.

With all that in mind, PA’s primary is scheduled for June 2nd. Parties will chose candidates to oppose incumbents or to fill open seats. With Gov. Wolf’s restrictions, which could run past June 2nd, there’s an emphasis to use the mail in vote option without a need to state a reason. Debbie Oliveri, of Berks election services, assured us she will count every ballot, but that was before the lockdown and an abnormal amount of mail in ballots. Other than the 127th house seat, being vacated by Rep. Caltagirone, and democrat challengers for the Auditor General, most races have no primary competition within their party. For reference, the Patriot website will be posting the ballot choices. 

In addition, several delegates for the Republican Party national convention have received the endorsement of the Berks County Patriot executive committee and will also be found on the website. 

For federal offices, Berks County is divided into three congressional districts. So if you believe President Trump is performing to your expectations it’s important that not only he be retained as our president, but that the senate remain a republican majority and the house needs to be flipped to a republican majority. Of course, the democrat leadership is focused on flipping the senate and retaining the house majority. So imagine for more years of speaker Pelosi!!!

To be noted, while PA has issues that need to be addressed, there are national consequences regarding the current pandemic dealing with China and restarting the economy. All are reasons that the November national election Trump’s the state issues. (No pun intended). 
It’s a poorly kept secret that China’s long range goal is to become a world economic and military power.

China’s low labor cost along with stealing intellectual property and canalizing our military equipment, avoiding development costs, is their formula to become the economic engine of the world. In 2010 China was about 9% of the worlds GNP. Today its 17% and climbing. While China is thought of as a trading partner. To be clear, the relationship with China is adversarial at best and the day may come that they choose to replace the pen with the sword. China’s dictators do not operate under any ethical rules, but only focus on what’s best for China’s regime.  

As we know, many flights left Wuhan before the world was made aware of the virus. Be it by carelessness or malicious intent, their goal has been expedited by dragging down the rest of the world putting it at an economic stand still due to the Wuhan virus. By the time the world recovers, China’s economic relative strength will have surpassed what many thought would take forever, if at all. China will then have moved closer to their goal of a world economic power.

While more need be said, I will conclude by saying that the Berks County Patriots, a conservative nonpartisan organization is your information source to hear prominent speakers that you don’t generally hear from the “fake news”. You may even get an insight what needs to be done to preserve the Republic. The Patriots are the citizen advocacy link between the electors and the elected. Welcome again folks.   For those that don't know me I’m Sam Brancadora Chairman of the Berks County Patriots.
 
 We will start our main program shortly.   1st some BCP business and comments.
 
  COVID-19.   There are many things that can be said, should be said, and will be said AND investigated over the next months and years.  Tonight, I just want to make a few personal comments.
 
 I strongly disagreed with Governor Wolf's order.   It is one of the harshest and abusive of all States. Governor Wolf is infringing on our God-given and Constitutional Rights.    He is creating unnecessary hardships on our citizens and our economy.  Enough is enough!
 
 Governor Wolf should allow the County Commissioners of each County to decide what is best for their area as President Trump has allowed each Governor to do the same for their area.   Let Berks County determined Berks County's Future.
 
 It's unfair for big Box stores like Walmart and Lowes to be able to sell the same items that locally owned stores could sell if they were allowed to be open. 
 
 Some businesses have already announced that they are permanently closing.    More will be lost.    Let's stop this.    Let's re open our businesses.    Let's get people back to work so they can earn a paycheck and feed their families.    We can do this in a Safe Reasonable Way.     
 
Wolf has threatened to pull the health department certificate of any business that reopens. He has also threatened to seize the license of any business that goes against his order.  He also has threatened the loss of liability insurance coverage AND Wolf has already done some of these!
 
 Folks, any business that can implement effective health and safety measures in line with CDC and OSHA should be allowed to reopen. 
 
 I want to thank all of those that been pushing back against the Governor and his threats.   I want to thank our local Legislators, Commissioners, Businesses and Individuals like YOU.   However, we must try harder and we must not let up.   I'm asking all of you to contact them.   Thank them for their support and tell them they MUST continue in their efforts to reopen Berks County reopen Pennsylvania.  Reopen NOW!
 
 I specifically would like you to contact legislators regarding HR836, this a bill by Rep Russ Diamond.
The subject is termination of the COVID-19 Disaster Emergency.
 Reading part, Section 7301C states that the General Assembly by concurrent resolution may terminate a state of disaster emergency at any time. Thereupon, the Governor SHALL issue an executive order or proclamation ending the state of disaster emergency.
Folks help us with this. That’s HR836.
 
Folks people throughout the Country not only in Pennsylvania feel as though they’re in jail, they want to go back to work, they want their freedom back.
Our Granddaughter goes to Yale. She text me Tuesday that right outside her apartment they were chanting, let us work, let us work, let us work!!!
Folks we need to be set free.       
 
Moving on to BCP Announcements and Events
 
Saturday May 23rd 9;00 o’clock.  I want to read 1 sentence of an email I received.  I will give you an update on this at the end.
 "As we are all aware it is a disgrace and disgusting that the Memorial Day services are canceled this year and to add to that insult flag distributors in Pennsylvania are NOT allowed to sell flags." 
 
So folks several individuals took it on their own, bought and had shipped to them 500 made in the USA flags. They will be placing these flags on the Veterans Area in Forest Hills Memorial Park in Exeter Township. If you would like to help or to be present to honor our fallen heroes please join us at 9:00 am.   A special thanks to Steve Kruszewski and Joe Phillips for leading this effort.
 
I want to give you an update from Steve. “A couple days ago Wolf "allowed" the flag distributor in Gilbertsville a waiver to sell the American flags for the graves of veterans.  Forest Hill Cemetery will be getting 7000 flags. Governor Wolf is a disgrace for waiting until the last minute to "allow" flags to be sold, distributed and placed on veterans’ graves.”
Folks there's people out there right now as I speak putting up these flags and will be doing it tomorrow in addition to Saturday at 9 o'clock.
 
Saturday May 23rd Noon Helen McMinn and Donna Merritt will be coordinating a BCP Trump Rally.  It will be held across the 422 bypasses right next to the Shops at Wyomissing and right down the road from Kissinger’s Church. We usually park in their parking lot.
 
Monday June 2nd Election, Rod Miller will talk about this in a couple minutes. I just want to tell you that I personally am going to the poll to vote.  I am not doing a mail in. If our Country ever goes to an all-mail in vote, the integrity of our system will be lost and so will Democracy. So please I'm encouraging you to go to the polls to vote.
 
June 8th Second Amendment Rally in Harrisburg 10:00 a.m.  Pas Right to Keep and Bear Arms. We go every year and I hope many of you will join us.
You heard this said many times but it's well worth repeating. ALL our Amendments are important they are the cornerstone of our Constitutional Republic however we must remember that the 2nd amendment is the ONE that Guarantees all the others.   Look around the world and see the countries that do not have the Right to Keep and Bear Arms.  Look at history.  We are doing this with or without Wolfs permission.  Please join us.
 
June 18th GM will feature Dr Rick Saccone he will speak about Restoring American Values. Also, Alexis Campbell talking about Berks Suffrage, 100 years. Also, Loren Spivak, The Free Market Warrior. This will be a great program.  Hopefully we can do this in person.

Fellow Patriots,
                                                                                              
Albeit wars, we are in the most unusual time in modern history. Leadership has not experienced what they are faced with and solutions are new ground. There’s no one not affected in some way with the wrath brought upon us attributed to China, a most adversarial trading partner. The communist authorities controlling 1.4B people with an iron fist find themselves in a precarious position. On one hand the world economic standstill is playing into the hand of the Chinese leaders. Relatively speaking, they are succeeding in bring the world down to their economic level. On the other hand, they risk the wrath of their world’s trading partners evaluating the future of Made in China on their shelves, which represents 17% of the world’s GNP. To be sure, the farming peasants brought to the city for production jobs need to remain employed.

While this is clearly an economic war, China’s dictators would have no second thoughts of losing a few million Chinese in a conflict. (It didn’t bother Hitler). However, America has not seen major conflict within our shores since we unlinked ourselves from King George. How many deaths or destruction within our shores would we consider acceptable in today’s world? It’s a rather precarious situation to maintain trade relations, yet maintain military superiority to avoid a military conflict.

So where are we?

 As Berks County Patriots, we need to focus on where we are and what consequences may lay ahead of us. Do we just pick up the pieces and move on or do we respond to China, as Trump suggested without defining what that might be? We, as Patriots, need to stay the course. Stay informed, stay unified. Attending our meetings provides the platform to hear from speakers with knowledge and desire to Keep America Great. The Berks County Patriot meetings are but one avenue that will provide you with knowledge to be part of the solution that you may better inform those that are with less knowledge or less informed, which is antithetical to a self-governing democracy.

The political left will argue that Trump can do no right. The political right will argue Trump can do no wrong.  The question is, could the president have done anything sooner or better? He was called a xenophobe for halting China travel to America, yet with Huwan, being the source of the virus, evidence suggests it was the right thing to do.  One question has to be asked why any country would be developing a lethal virus unless at some point their intent was to use it.
Hunkering down the country for several months could well be that the cure is worse than the disease. Recovery could take months or more. Mistakes will be made, but in retrospect could we have done anything differently? Will shutting down the country for weeks, if not months, have economic consequences far beyond what lives may have been saved? Consider the shutdown impact on hotels, travel, retail chains, small businesses that carry mortgages. If business doesn’t pick up are we going to see defaults or bankruptcies? This could escalate beyond simply going back to work.
    
Notwithstanding what I may lack in financial expertise, printing over four trillion dollars distributed into the private sector, unlinked to productivity, is tantamount to inflation. It’s an axiom that when the government prints money and puts it into circulation, the dollar is worth less. For example if the farmers over produce corn, making it plentiful, the price of corn drops, likewise with the dollar.

Surely, the world has changed. The effects of the pandemic will be with us for a considerable time. It will be of interest to see if those nations, Iran, Iraq, North Korea and others, having an adversarial relationship with United States, might provoke confrontation as we are in an economic recovery mode.
