IMPORTANT Deadlines:

May 4, 2026 is the last day to register before the May 19, 2026 Primary Election.

May 12, 2026 is the last day to request a mail-in or absentee ballot for the Primary Election.

October 19, 2026 is the last day to register before the November 3, 2026 Municpal Election.

Ocotber 27, 2026 is the last day to request a mail-in or absentee ballot.

If you are not a U.S. citizen and a resident of Pennsylvania at least 30 days before the next election, you CANNOT register to vote for that election.

You must be a registered voter to apply for a Mail-In or Absentee Ballot........... If you have a valid PA driver’s license or PennDOT ID number, you must use it to apply. OTHERWISE, you must provide the last four digits of your Social Security number and upload your SIGNATURE....ALL Military and Overseas Voters must use the Federal Form When applying for an absentee ballot,.......You must apply for a mail-in or Absentee Ballot for each election, unless you qualify for and request permanent status to vote by MAIL-IN BALLOT.

Can noncitizens vote in Pennsylvania?

Pennsylvania prohibits noncitizens from voting in elections for state offices.

A 1996 federal law allows fines and imprisoned for up to a year for noncitizens who vote in federal elections...Violators can also be deported......Non-citizens, including permanent legal residents, cannot vote in federal, state & local elections in PA.... Always check with an attorney concerning voting laws and your rights.... Check "vote.gov" to understand the laws.... Some people who have a mental disability may not be able to vote.... Know your voting rights.

If you suspect a problem or encounter unfair behavior while voting, you can report it to help keep elections free and fair.

You must be registered to vote in Pennsylvania to file a complaint using this online complaint form. Therefore, your name and address information must match your voter registration record. Include only the house number and street name in the ‘Address’ field. Do not include letters or fractions to your house number or unit type and unit number in the ‘Address’ field.

Berks County Patriots is non-party based.

The Berks County Patriots believes in the U. S. Constitution as our forefathers have written and intended it to be.

There are certain issues that the Berks County Patriots believe in such as Life, Liberty, the Pursuit of Happiness and the Freedom religion to name a few.

There are other issues such as federal government overreach that we do not support.

We are a 501.c.4 and we educate the public based on these principals as outlined in our bylaws.
