IMPORTANT Deadlines:
May 5, 2025 is the last day to register before the May 20, 2025 Primary Election.
May 13, 2025 is the last day to request a mail-in or absentee ballot for the Primary Election.
October 20, 2025 is the last day to register before the November 4, 2025 Municpal Election.
Ocotber 28, 2025 is the last day to request a mail-in or absentee ballot.
If you are not a U.S. citizen and a resident of Pennsylvania at least 30 days before the next election, you CANNOT register to vote for that election.

Can noncitizens vote in Pennsylvania?
Pennsylvania prohibits noncitizens from voting in elections for state offices.

You must be registered to vote in Pennsylvania to file a complaint using this online complaint form. Therefore, your name and address information must match your voter registration record. Include only the house number and street name in the ‘Address’ field. Do not include letters or fractions to your house number or unit type and unit number in the ‘Address’ field.

The Berks County Patriots believes in the U. S. Consititon as our forefathers have written and inteneded it to be. We are also non-party based.
There are certian issues of today that the Berks County Patriots believe in such as Life, Liberty, the Prusiout of Happines and the Freedom from a Totalitarianism form of government.
There are other issues such as federal government overreach that we do not support.
We are a 501.c.4 and we educate the public based on these principals aand those outlined in our bylaws.
