Was Honorable Houlahan CORRECT in making a video to tell our military to disobey a legal order? ….. Or was this another way for her to use politics just to show her hatred of President Trump? REMEBER SHE IS UP FOR ELECTION this year 2026 … We must elect a person to represent PA. in WASHINGTON D.C. who values our forefathers foundations of this great nation. That’s why I joined five fellow lawmakers and veterans in releasing a public message in November reminding active-duty servicemembers that they are legally required to refuse unlawful orders. This message comes directly from the principles of the Uniform Code of Military Justice (UCMJ) and the U.S. Constitution. Ours wasn’t a controversial statement. All service-members, from enlisted personnel to officers, swear an oath to uphold the Constitution, not to obey any single individual. Our message echoed that foundational truth.

It’s a shame when a veteran rides on the coattails of their grandparents in order to take her Congressional oath seriously. I am disappointed as to what she said in the video concerning our veterans, it was very very appalling.

Logic & Accuracy Testing
Logic and Accuracy (L&A) testing of the ballot-marking devices and precinct scanners for the Municipal Election to be held on November 4, 2025, will take place at the Berks County South Campus, 400 E. Wyomissing Avenue, Mohnton, beginning Monday, September 29, at 9 AM, and continuing thereafter until completed.
The L&A testing of the central scan high-speed tabulators will take place at 600 Penn Street, Reading, on Friday, October 24, at 10 AM.
The L&A testing of the electronic poll books will take place at the Berks County South Campus, beginning Monday, October 27, at 9 AM, and continuing thereafter until completed.
Any members of the media or public interested in observing L&A testing MUST contact the Election Services Office prior to their visit so the appropriate accommodations can be made. Please call 610-478-6490 or email elections@berkspa.gov.
